Dato' Arthur Edmonds

Datuk Arthur Edmonds was born on the 5th of December 1948. Datuk Arthur Edmonds received his early education at the National Administrative Institute or Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), Kuala Lumpur in 1978 by taking the Dip. Management Science and came out with flying colours. Later Datuk Arthur Edmonds received the B.A (Econs) Hons from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 1972 with second class honours. 

Datuk Arthur Edmonds also received various certifications and recognitions including the following; 

1. Role of Police in the Management of Crisis Louisiana State University & Louisiana State Police Academy Lousiana, USA (1994)

2. Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders- International Training Course United Nations and Far East Institute Tokyo, Japan (1989).

Datuk Arthur Edmonds is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Pengaman Malaysia
